• Recognition of the Problem:

Healers need something different out of their work environments; they put a lot of themselves into their work, which is what makes it so healing and also so potentially draining. The healing industry can be exploitative, just like any field under capitalism.

Healing careers have a high turnover and there is a lack of sustainable, healthy, helping careers. Navigating burnout, existential crisis, complex grief, and other problems of living can be overwhelming for healers.

  • The Proposed Solution:

Healer’s Choice is a professional collective of healers and entrepreneurs that help each other provide a work environment needed to thrive as well as the tools and the emotional support to create businesses that sustain us.

We’re making education accessible, and offering a community of individuals doing similar work which helps to de-stigmatize financial wellness of helpers.

  • An Organization with Wellness in Mind

We want to bring back joy in trying something new, and gamify the experience. We’ve developed an intentional entry and exit strategy for a healthy system, and we’re keeping the community small at 50 members.

  • Transparency

Healer’s Choice does not take a ‘fee split’ from any sessions. We make money from member dues and services and a split from storefront purchases. Our goal is to increase the level of transparency that goes in to making decisions and working with other professionals to provide a new appreciation of all the support necessary to be successful.
