All the forms and documents filled out correctly, the first time, submitted to the right place and done without confusing parts for making your business official. This includes the State of Michigan LLC/PLLC forms, EIN forms, FinCEN, BOI initial filing and S-Corp.

Get all the documents that you need to start seeing folks as soon as your (P)LLC application is processed. Includes:

• Service Agreement: includes description of healing services, potential risks/benefits, procedure overview for: emergencies, privacy/confidentiality terms, appointments/scheduling, communications, payment, rights/responsibilities, telehealth consent, concerns/complaints.

• Release of Information: gain permission from clients to communicate with others while maintaining their privacy and giving them choice in the process. 

• Credit Card Authorization: have clients provide permission to store their billing information on file for a more seamless process.

• Good Faith Estimate Template: stay compliant with the No Surprises Act and provide your private pay clients with a cost estimate of healing services for the year

• Outdoor Psychotherapy (walk/talk) Agreement: for providing healing services safely in the wild. 

• Business Letterhead Template: quickly draft letters and communications on behalf of your business.

Get a 'yourname@healerschoice' email account that is HIPAA-compliant, and get access to the Google Suite of products including the secure drive. Have a safe and secure way to communicate with the people you work with, without the headache of setting up a domain and paying for a subscription.

The price will vary per plan. This will include a secure, HIPAA-compliant EHR system that provides you access to client records and telehealth services if you so chose.

$75 for a webpage on healerschoice.org that you do not have to build, just provide the necessary information and includes:

• About You

• About Your Healing Services

• Fees/Financial Information

• How to contact you

• Availability

• Any links to marketing or social media

• Any additional information you would like.

One of our Business Incubation Specialists can help you develop your website through platforms like Squarespace or Wix. This service does not include domain or site fees. Starts at $150.

Meet with us for one on one support, tailored to your unique business needs ($100/hour). Some common consultation topics include:
